A pocket guide to fashion illustrating and advertising the range of anti-shrink washable rayon crepe fabrics from Grafton fashions. Dating from the late 1940's to mid 1950's this useful pocket sized book contains 32 pages of colourful women's fashion designs utilising the Grafton made patterned fabrics such as Valko, Lavenelle, Grafenga and Clairdechene. Considering it's age the book is in very good condition. There are some surface marks and some folding of the covers but this adds to that authentic vintage look. Inside is clean and unfaded, although the staples have rusted and pages are loosening. The very last page has some calculations written in ink which is part of it's history. A great piece for a budding designer, someone interested in mid 20th Centuary fashion or as a reference book.
