Ideal for the fisherman in any family. This circular jigsaw depicts six different methods of fishing from around the world. Considering this item is probably about 70 years old it has survived well. The box remains strong and intact, although it shows signs of surface wear, creasing at corners and rubbing along the edges. The different fishing scenes are depicted on the lid in full, unfaded colour. The jigsaw is complete with over 500 pieces made of thin cardboard, the majority of which are in good order. Speaking from personal experience this jigsaw is quite difficult and not for a beginner or for someome who finds manipulating small irregular shaped pieces a problem. When completed it measures just over 50cm in diameter. A great item for a fishing enthusiast, for a collector of Waddington's circular jigsaws or simply to enjoy on a winter's evening.
