Imagine travelling the world without the cost, in the comfort of your armchair and still be back in time for tea. Well now you can. This game is a was produced over 60 years ago and is in remarkably good condition for it's age. The box remains strong altough the corners have split and have been repaired with adhesive tape which goes to show how much this item was liked by the previous owner. On the lid is a coloured illustration depicting forms of classic transport. There is no fading and minimal surface damage although at the corners there is slight rubbing, and remnants of adhesive tape which adds to that vintage look. The contents are complete and in excellent, clean condition, as are the paper rule booklets and other game ephemera. The interesting features are the currencies included that no longer exist and the graphics on the souvenir cards. The thin cardboard folding game board is perfect retaining it's vibrant colours. The internal cardboard storage is intact and still very colourful with minimal wear apart from a single puncture hole. This game is ideal for a vintage game collector, someone connected to or who enjoys traveling, a 1960's themed room or production or a young budding travel agent. This is an item that anyone would want so don't delay before it's too late.
