A compact simple game anyone can play.  The thin cardboard, coloured cards have a category printed on them in English and French. A card is selected and the spinner, in this case the newer plastic type, is spun to randomly give a letter. It's then up to the players to name an item within the category which begins with the specified letter.  The spinner, coloured yellow and green, is in perfect working order and with no marks. The white plastic storage tray is immaculate and there is a full compliment of category cards.  The box has only the very slightest rubbing to edges and corners and small creases as would be expected of a game that is over 40 years old. The previous owner has written her name on the underside. The design of the box is almost identical to earlier versions of the game with a metal spinner. The bilingual instructions are printed in the inside of the lid.  This game appears to have had minimal use. Ideal for taking on holiday, for a vintage games collector, for use as a prop in a production or fun educational aid for someone learning French.
