A great little book for the early space exploration enthusiasts and would be astronauts.  The dust jacket is intact and has the original price tag of 60p.  The book is clean with strong binding. Slight fading and discolouration due to age but doesn't detract from the enjoyment of flicking through the plethora of coloured / black & white illustrations and photographic plates.  Those old enough may remember the author, Reg Turnill, being the space correspondent for John Craven's Newsround back in the 1970's-1980's.
