A little piece of preschool nostalgia dating from probably around the 1960's. A picture quiz made up of 30 cut to match pictures, the idea being the child matched up the animal with the food it ate and if the answer was correct both parts would join smoothly together. For it's age the box is in remarkably good condition, it remains strong but one corner has split and there is the slightest creasing and rubbing. The original Boots price label is still attached but the price is indistinct. The lid has retained it's colouring but due to it's age, the surface, has taken on a grubby appearance which adds authenticity to the age of the item. There is also slight surface damage caused by the removal of a price label at some stage but this doesn't detract from the appeal of the item. Inside all the thick cardboard contents are clean, undamaged and complete. The illustrations and colouring have that wonderful vintage look. A great item for a collector of vintage toys, someone interested in the history of education and educational toys, or as a  prop in a production or as originally intended as a fun game for a preschool child.
