Have you ever wanted to visit places of interest around this wonderful country while travelling by train? Well now you can so forget high ticket prices, forget overcrowding and forget delays and let your armchair take the strain. The box is strong and intact and has only suffered slight rubbing at the corners in almost three decades along with two remnants of clear adhesive tape. The lid is illustrated with steam locomotives which gives that feel of the golden age of steam. Inside, the plastic storage tray is in perfect condition along with all the contents. The game board is a coloured map of the country showing the main railway network as it was during the golden age of steam, there are however a few smudge like marks on the map but this doesn't detract from it's overall look. The instruction booklet, with it's rusting staples, also includes information about the history of the railway. A great item for a train enthusiast or vintage games collector or as an educational family game.
