Description
Resembling an LP record it can't be played on a record player but can be enjoyed with a glass or three of Blue Nun. How 1970's!! Developed by creators, Brian Taylor and Peter Forbes, as a game to compete with the well known family board games and to be more challenging than chess, it didn't turn out to be a huge success. I'm guessing people were more interested in drinking the wine than playing the game. For a game that is over three decades old it has survived well. The transparent plastic cover is the same used for double LPs and some of the seams have begun to split. The cover and board retain the vivid colouring. The playing pieces are complete, the multilingual instructions are printed on the cover and also included is a "with the compliments of Blue Nun" slip. An ideal item for a vintage games collector, a wine accessories collector or simply as a game to play outside on a summer's evening with a good bottle of wine.
