Back in the early 1960's a teenage boy would have to occupy his time reading his favourite comic such as The Victor, and collecting the cards that were issued free with it. Depicting some of the greatest soccer teams each of the 12 cards shows monochrome photographs of each team. The teams featured are: Newcastle United 1952, Glasgow Rangers 1930, Hearts 1956, Cardiff City 1927, Brazil 1958, Arsenal 1930, Norwich City 1959, Blackpool 1953, Glasgow Celtic 1933, Wolverhampton Wanderers 1960, Real Madrid 1960 and Manchester United 1958. The plastic wallet is intact and in good condition. Some of the cards appear to have been cropped at some stage but neither the pictures of the text on the reverse have been damaged. A great item for a trade card collector, a soccer fan or someone who collects comic related ephemera.
