To make their soccer experience as realistic as possible, Subbuteo created every item associated with a typical football match. Here we have a complete set of six figures: a manager, a trainer and four photographers (two kneeling and two standing) in the original green cardboard box. Considering that it is over 40 years old, the box still remains intact and in remarkably good condition. Due to age and use there is some creasing but no surface wear or fading. Inside the green cardboard storage tray is in perfect condition. The six figures are all painted and are on green plastic stands. Wearing a suit and hat the manager looks more like a bank manager. The trainer with hands on hips has a maroon coloured jumper and green trousers. The four photographers have large cameras with flashes, they are dressed in drab coloured suits or overcoats apart from one keeling man wearing a beige overcoat. Again all the figures are in perfect condition. A great item for a Subbuteo collector, a football fan or even someone interested in the press or photography.
